Optimism for melancholic adolescent

It is very hard to believe that no one cares for you or everyone sort of hates you.  As you have not done anything wrong to everyone.  At your age one’s mind is usually very tender. It’s your childhood experience with your mom which has actually made you “Delusional”. Your perception has been altered regarding love, caring and hate. This is a normal reactive phenomenon of brain having this sort of early experiences in life. Though, it looks that you have entered into an early phase of depression yet you don’t need to have any medications. What you need is an “adolescence psychologist” Meanwhile, just start seeing world in a different perspective. If you feel that no one cares for you, don’t worry! Start caring for others. Do at least one thing really good which you can think about happily before going to sleep. Don’t think much about your past. Be logical! Whatever has been done has done. You cannot go back into the past and change it. So, think about now onwards, for you present and future. Don’t be reactive, be proactive. It’s only yourself who can get you out of this situation at the first place. Start helping yourself; soon you will see many doing something for you. Cheer up!
